STEP 1 - DEFINE

What Do You Stand For?
Brand Blueprint SurveyIt all begins with input from the people who know your school best. A brief survey is taken by school leaders, parents, students and faculty to find out what’s important at your school. Survey results uncover the unique qualities that make your culture special.
Deliver Your Brand Blueprint With the valuable survey results, we shape your school’s brand “blueprint,” a one-page document that outlines the elements that define your school. This document is used throughout the design and activation work that follows.

STEP 2: DESIGN

What Does Your Brand Look Like?
Brand Design Guide SurveyIn the next phase, we listen further to your school community through a second survey that asks questions about what a new or renewed brand might look like. This helps our design experts develop your school’s logos, marks, colors and more.
Brand Design GuideJostens experienced design teams then create a digitial design guide of your school’s official brand marks, mascot, colors, typography and possible applications. This guide gives direction on consistent brand representation and communication. You also receive a report with tabulated findings generated from the Brand Design Survey.

STEP 3: LIVE

How Do You Live Your Brand Everyday?
Brand Activation ChecklistThe final but ongoing stage is about living the new brand everyday, and we provide resources to help. Our brand activation checklist identifies priority branding areas both inside and outside your school, and our brand activation catalog outlines Jostens product offerings to help bring your new brand to life.
Brand Activation PlanJostens partners with schools to create a final proposed “brand activation” plan to apply the new school brand within the environment – from wall and window graphics to banners, exterior signage and flags.
