Resizing
-Lifetime re-sizing, we want you to be able to celebrate your moment for a very long time-To most accurately measure your ring size or download our online ring sizer here
Cleaning and Polishing of Jewelry
-Re-application of Antique finish-Antique finish is the black color that appears in the contours of your jewelry. Over time this may fade, if this happens, we will re- apply for you
Birthstone/Stone Replacement
-Class jewelry replacement of broken or chipped simulated birthstones, camo stones, black onyx, and mother of pearl stones-If your simulated birthstone or cubic zirconia is scratched, chipped or broken, we’ll replace it. Our Lifetime Limited Warranty does not cover diamonds and other genuine stones. Additional charges may apply if there is other damage
One-Time Grad Year or School Transfer Change
-We understand things happen, should your graduation year change, we will update/change the graduation year on your jewelry for up to three months
HELP - I changed Schools prior to Graduation
-If you change high schools, we will change your jewelry to appropriate to the design/school name of your new high school prior to your graduation
One-Time Grad Ring Design-A-Sides® (DAS) Re-make
-We offer a one time panel remake if your hobby, activity, grad year or mascot design-a- side® selection changes before your graduation date
My University/College Degree, Graduation Date or Curriculum Changed
-We will update/replace your ring with your updated information
-No charge if your college/university remains the same
My Jewelry Is Defective
-Our jewelry is built to last, we will repair any defects in craftpersonship or materials-We will replace your jewelry if repairs cannot be made due to defects in craftpersonship or materials
Warranty Procedure
-A visual inspection will be performed on all jewelry received. Based on our inspection, it may be necessary to adjust any applicable charges. Jostens warranty will contact prior to jewelry adjustments if any additional charges apply -Your Jostens Limited Warranty is void if any work is performed on your jewelry by anyone other than Jostens -The average repair time is approximately four weeks- this does not include shipping time (2-5 business days)

We recommend that you send your warranty jewelry via Canada Post Parcel Service. A standard $100 liability insurance is included with parcel service. Jostens Maritimes encourages you to purchase additional insurance through Canada Post to cover the cost of a replacement ring in the event of the parcel being lost or damaged beyond repair. DO NOT ship rings without a tracking number
